Tigi 50 mg Injection is an antibiotic which is used to treat infections in the abdomen, skin, and lungs. This medicine is not used regularly unless necessary. This medicine may cause teeth discoloration in the children. It may increase the risk of sunburns when exposed to the sunlight.

Tigi 50 MG Injection is used in the treatment of Skin and Structure infection like cellulitis, wound infection and cutaneous abscess caused by Streptococcus pyogenes and Staphylococcus aureus.
inj tigi 50 mg is used in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia which is a most common type of lung infection caused by Streptococcus pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae.
The missed dose should be taken as soon possible. It is advisable to skip the missed dose if it’s already time for your next scheduled dose.

Impaired liver function – This medicine should be used with caution in patients with the liver injury. Close monitoring of liver function tests is necessary. Discontinue the treatment if the symptoms persist.
Use in children – tigi 50mg inj may cause permanent teeth discoloration, therefore not recommended for children less than 8 years of age.
Drug-resistance – Usage of Tigi 50 MG Injection without sufficient proof or suspicion of a bacterial infection should be avoided. Irrational dosing might fail in providing the benefits and even cause toxicity. It may also increase the risk of development of bacteria that is drug resistant.
